Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Scooter

  Securely place the scooter and any accessories in their original box, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
